At this time there appeared Jesus, a wise man. For he was a doer of startling deeds, a teacher of the people who receive the truth with pleasure... condemned him to the cross, those who had loved him previously did not cease to do so. And up until this very day the tribe of Christians, named after him, has not died out.

Bernadette's Sewing Circle
This is a forum for those who sew, knit, crochet, do beadwork (including making rosaries) or other fine domestic arts. St. Bernadette was a simple young girl of Lourdes, France who saw the blessed virgin, and received much persecution because of it. Devoted to the prayers of the rosary, and beset by ill health, she became a nun, devoting her time to simple work and prayer.

Genesius Auditorium for the Performing Arts
A forum for discussing the dramatic and performing arts as well as films. Genesius, a 3rd century actor, portrayed a catechumen about to be baptized in a play satirizing the Christian sacrament. In the midst of the ceremony he was suddenly converted to Christianity. He was later beheaded by Emperor Diocletian.
